Terms & Conditions
Last updated July 2026
These terms cover the basics of using Velora (by Stack85). By creating an account, you're agreeing to them. We've kept this as plain and direct as we reasonably can.
What Velora is
Velora lets you build a simple qualification form, share it with your own visitors, and automatically capture the people who fill it out as leads. It alerts you when a new lead comes in and helps you draft a reply. It's a tool, it doesn't run your business for you, and it never gives advice on your behalf.
Your account
- You need to give us accurate information when you sign up.
- You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your country to use this service.
Using the service responsibly
You agree to use Velora for a legitimate business purpose, and to follow the laws that apply to how you collect and contact leads, including rules around consent and unwanted contact. You shouldn't use the service to collect information you don't have a right to collect, to harass anyone, or to send content that's illegal, deceptive, or abusive.
Your data and your leads
You own the forms you build and the leads you collect through them. We store that information on your behalf so the product works, but we don't use your leads' information for our own purposes and we don't share it with other accounts. As explained in our Privacy Policy, how you use, contact, or store the leads you collect outside Velora is your responsibility.
Billing and your free trial
New accounts link a PayPal account or card at signup to start a free trial period; you are not charged during the trial. Billing is handled through PayPal Subscriptions and continues automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund time already paid for.
No guarantees on outcomes
We work hard to keep Velora reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of interruption or error, and we can't promise any particular business result from using it, like a certain number of leads or replies.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Stack85 isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Velora, including lost business or lost leads. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, misuses the service, or is used for an illegal purpose.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Velora after a change means you accept the updated terms.
